Return Policies

 

It is our goal to make sure you are happy with your purchase.  You may return any unused purchase within 30 days of purchase for a full purchase price refund.  Please note, the original shipping and handling fees and return shipping and handling fees will not be credited.  Returns after 30 days are not permitted.

 

To make a return, simply call Restore at Home Customer Service at 612-483-8954 or email customerservice@restoreathomedecor.com for a return authorization number.  You will then be given an address to ship the return to.

 

Allow 7-10 business days (Saturday and Sunday are not included) for credits to apply to your account after the arrival of your return.

 

PLEASE NOTE: Minnesota state orders will be charged 7.125% sales tax. Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. 

 

Shipping

 

Currently we only accept orders in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska) and do not offer international shipping.
