Buyer's Guide

 

To purchase an item, simply navigate through the site to find the item you would like to purchase.  Enter a quantity and then click the add to cart button.

 

To use a coupon, after you have selected your item(s) to purchase, navigate to the cart button at the top of the page.  When asked if you have a coupon, simply enter the coupon code in the box.  Make sure to type the code in the correct format.

 

To send a gift, enter the name and address of the recipient on the shipping address box in the shopping cart as you finalize your order.

 

To create an account, click on My Account.  Create a username and enter your email address.  You will then be prompted to enter a password.  Your personal account will give you access to the following:

 

Personal Information - Save your contact and billing information

Shipping Addresses - Store multiple addresses under your account

Order & Item History - Easily view your order history

 

To login to your account, click on My Account.  Navigate to the login page and enter your username and password. 

 

To retrieve your password, click on My Account.  Navigate to the request new password page and enter your email address or username.  You will receive an email that will walk you through creating a new password.

 

All pricing & billing is in US dollars.  Sales tax will only be charged if your billing address is in Minnesota.  Your purchase charges will appear on your credit card immediately.
